I made the Circa: Now! Dress in 2005 to wear to the last ever Rocket From The Crypt gig on Halloween 2005. It took me about 2 and a half weeks to complete. I took a scan of the album artwork and printed it in sections onto iron on transfer paper, then ironed all that onto white fabric, then sewed it onto the black dress.

After that I sewed on the checker board fabric and sewed on by hand about 3,000 sequins. The photos don't do it justice, it sparkles beautifully like a mirrorball! (Which it should, as that is part of the artwork).
